This CAAC Letter allowed agencies to deviate from using FAR 36.201, which requires the use of a SF 1420, and 36.604 which requires the use of a SF 1421, when evaluating a contractor's performance under an architect-engineer contract. It allowed agencies to use the National Institutes of Health's Contractor Performance System instead. Looking to determine the FAR case that made this change in the FAR.
