DoD, GSA, and NASA are issuing a proposed rule amending the list of domestically nonavailable articles at FAR 25.104(a) and take other actions to limit the use of regulatory waivers consistent with section 9 of Executive Order (E.O.) 14005, Ensuring the Future Is Made in All of America by All of America’s Workers. As required by the E.O., DoD, GSA, and NASA have consulted with the Made in America Office and the Office of Federal Procurement Policy to evaluate each of the 109 articles on the existing list and are proposing to remove almost two-thirds of articles from the list.
