SUBPART 6.5 –ADVOCATES FOR COMPETITION

6.501 Requirement.
(1) The DLA Acquisition Deputy Director is the Agency Competition Advocate.
(2) The HCAs shall appoint competition advocates and alternates.
6.503 Annual reporting requirements.
(b)(2) Procuring organization competition advocates shall submit their annual competition report to the DLA Acquisition Operations Division by 15 November each year.
