• FAR Case 2018-022, Orders Issued via Fax or Electronic Commerce, published in the Federal Register on August 23, 2019. Comments for this case are due by October 22, 2019.
• FAR Case 2016-013, Tax on Certain Foreign Procurement, published in the Federal Register on September 20, 2019. Comments for this case are due by November 19, 2019.
• FAR Case 2018-023, Taxes-Foreign Contracts in Afghanistan, published in the Federal Register on September 20, 2019. Comments for this case are due by November 19, 2019.
